  • Awareness & Fundraising campaign for DeforestACTION, a project with TakingITGlobal to spotlight destructive palm oil plantations in Borneo
  • Through social media mobilization I reached above personal metric goals:
    • Crowdfunded over $5,000 for campaign expenses
    • Singed on over 500 new members to the campaign’s online platform
  • Later joined camping on the ground in Borneo, continuing to write blogs and engage the community network

  • Wrote content for Fin Free campaign website, sister project of ‘Revolution’
  • Developed educational content about various environmental issues for youth

  • Media outreach: wrote press releases, op-eds and earned all-day national coverage with CBC News Network
